Our Mission

MPNA was established in 1987 as a grassroots, resident-driven organization that offers health promotion and education programing to approximately 10,000 residents in 6 neighborhoods surrounding Madison Elementary and the city at large. Madison Park Neighborhood Association (MPNA) is a 501(c) organization working to improve the quality of life for neighborhood residents of all ages. MPNA advocates for neighborhood and school improvements, which promote healthier lifestyles through exercise, academic support and nutritional programming. MPNA established the Getting Residents Engaged in Exercise and Nutrition (GREEN) project in collaboration with key institutions including the Santa Ana Unified School District (SAUSD), City of Santa Ana Department of Parks and Recreation (Parks & Recreation) and UC Irvine.
