Building a Healthy Community

Madison Park is located in southeast Santa Ana. Home to roughly 8,000 people, Madison Park Neighborhood Association serves a large number of residents in Santa Ana. It's a beautiful neighborhood with diverse architecture, beautiful bike path, tree lined streets, and quaint Madison Park. We are generously funded by the California Endowment, allowing us to provide services to our neighborhood that strive to promote education, health, fitness, and community.

Active Transportation Plan

Madison Park Neighborhood Association is currently working on an Active Transportation Plan that will redefine our community. An Active Transportation Plan (ATP) is a comprehensive plan that focuses on bike and pedestrian safety. Our neighborhood suffers from cut-through traffic at high rates of speed, creating a dangerous scenario for our pedestrians and bicyclist.

Our approach is:
1) Reduce cut-through traffic
2) Reduce vehicular speeds
3) Install new bicycle and pedestrian infrastructure
